Required Skills:

  • Valid RN license in the state of practice
  • Proven experience in long-term care or senior nursing care
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
  • Certification in CPR and first aid
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting

Other Requirements:

  • Reliable availability for day shifts
  • Current CPR certification
  • Willingness to adhere to facility policies and procedures
