Responsibilities
  • Patient Care & Evaluation:
    Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives.
  • Collect and document patient information upon arrival.
  • Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments.
  • Patient

    Education:

    Ensure patients understand post-care instructions and follow-up requirements. Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens.
  • Customer Service & Advocacy:
    Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed. Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families.
  • Collaboration:

    Maintain open communication within the team to ensure seamless patient care. Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
  • Administrative Duties:
    Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards. Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately.

Qualifications
  • Education and/or

    Experience:

    Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing
  • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
    Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or within a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
  • BLS Certification required.
