Role Overview

Lead the pulse of high‑acuity care as the Emergency Room Nurse Manager in Central Colorado.

Responsibilities

Guide operations across the ER, ED, and Fast Track zones featuring 10+ beds and a designated level III Trauma center.
Oversee daily ED operations, staffing and scheduling, throughput performance, quality and safety initiatives, budget stewardship, and accreditation readiness.
Mentor charge nurses, elevate clinical practice via protocols and order sets, drive sepsis, stroke, and chest pain metrics.
Lead PI councils and shared‑leadership committees, collaborate on equipment planning and data‑driven dashboards.
Champion a diverse healthcare professional cohort including physicians, APPs, EMS partners, respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, case management, and social work.
