Overview
Lead as the Nurse Manager ICU and Med Surg at a premier Central Colorado hospital. The nurse manager will be part of a patient‑first organization known for exceptional quality metrics and strong safety performance.
Responsibilities- Operational leadership for ICU and Med Surg units.
- Staffing, scheduling, and budget stewardship.
- Accreditation readiness and infection prevention.
- Shared governance engagement, nurse recruitment and retention.
- Onboarding, clinical competency validation, quality and safety initiatives.
- Patient flow optimization and collaborative rounds with interdisciplinary teams.
Reports to the Director of Inpatient Services or the Chief Nursing Officer and works with assistant managers, clinical educators, charge nurses, and ancillary support teams.
