Salary: $38.00 – $49.40 hourly (plus shift differentials)

- Act as the guardian of patients in the Acute Care Unit during overnight hours.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, continuous monitoring, and effective nursing care throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.
- Respond promptly to critical situations with appropriate emergency treatments.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of overnight care for continuity with the day shift.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and a secure healing environment.
- Communicate patient status and overnight concerns to the incoming day team.
- BSN from a four‑year college or university, or ADN program with at least one year of related experience.
- Current and unrestricted Colorado RN license.
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 120 days).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in the unique dynamics of a night shift.
- Competitive pay range of $38.00 – $49.40 per hour, adjusted for experience.
- +10% night shift differential for hours after 6:00 PM.
- +15% weekend shift differential.
