Salary: $38.00 – $49.40 hourly (plus shift differentials)

Responsibilities
  • Act as the guardian of patients in the Acute Care Unit during overnight hours.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, continuous monitoring, and effective nursing care throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.
  • Respond promptly to critical situations with appropriate emergency treatments.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of overnight care for continuity with the day shift.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and a secure healing environment.
  • Communicate patient status and overnight concerns to the incoming day team.
Qualifications
  • BSN from a four‑year college or university, or ADN program with at least one year of related experience.
  • Current and unrestricted Colorado RN license.
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 120 days).
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in the unique dynamics of a night shift.
