In this role as a CVOR Registered Nurse, you'll gain exposure to a variety of workplace practices and an array of leadership styles found only in dynamic travel assignments. Schedule/Hours
- Variable schedule-weekdays with potential for on-call rotations
- Active RN license (state eligibility required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
- Demonstrated skill in handling high-acuity cardiac surgical cases
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Provide direct, specialized care during cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures
- Circulate and scrub as needed in CVOR environments
- Monitor and document patient responses before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams for optimal outcomes
- Maintain an environment of safety and compliance with all protocols
