Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, valid for Colorado or compact state eligibility
• Demonstrated expertise in the operating room, with at least one year of recent OR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and in good standing)
• Ability to function efficiently in fast-paced, team-centered settings
• Strong clinical judgement, adaptability, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical cases, following all safety and sterile protocols
• Assess, plan, and coordinate patient care before, during, and following surgical procedures
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Maintain and prepare the OR environment and equipment according to best practices
