• Deliver high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and manage care plans in accordance with clinical standards and scope of practice
• Oversee and coordinate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes appropriately
• Promote restorative care, resident independence, and dignity
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Mentor, support, and provide guidance to LPNs and CNAs
• Help create a positive, patient‑centered environment where residents feel cared for and respected

• Current Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a compact state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong clinical skills and passion for resident‑centered care
• Team player who is dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellence
