Pay$35.29 - $54.71 per hour, depending on relevant experience.
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state board approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years’ experience.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Relevant certification determined at position level.
- 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
- NRP within 6 months of hire.
- BLS through AHA or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuer with active card before start date; card must remain valid for 60 days of hire.
- Provide top‑of‑scope nursing care using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness and evidence‑based practice.
- Precept and mentor new staff in the clinical setting.
- Apply best practices in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
- Ensure safe and quality care at the point of service.
- Provide direct care in units including Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery – Birth Center, Women’s Care, and NICUA.
- Adhere to WHONN and AACN standards; maintain certifications such as RNC‑OB, C‑EFM, NRP, and CCRN.
- Collaborate with Clinical Educators for specialty education and competency validation.
