This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

4 days per week:
Tuesday - Friday, with shifts from 0630 to 1700 plus equitable call rotation including weekdays and weekends.

Job Description

Join our team as a Surgical Registered Nurse in the breathtaking Upper Arkansas Valley, where you can enjoy an outdoor recreational paradise. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional surgical care and support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to surgical patients
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons and surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and manage patient recovery in alignment with established protocols
• Participate in call rotation, ensuring continuous patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a current, active license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado or a compact state
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in surgical nursing is required
