This role in a state-of-the-art Operating Room consists of 16 beds and supports a variety of procedures, including total joint and spine surgeries, transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics. The team prioritizes collaboration, growth, and adaptability, allowing you to learn from multiple leadership styles and expand your clinical expertise in a supportive environment.

Schedule/Hours:
  • Day Shift: 7A - 5P
  • Self-scheduling after initial training period
  • Weekend on-call required (8-12 calls per 8-week period)
  • 30-minute response time when on-call
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-year recent acute care hospital CST experience
  • NBSTA and DORA Certifications - active and in good standing
Preferred Experience:
  • Transplant or spine procedure background highly valued
  • Familiarity with Meditech EMR
  • Prior robotics experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
  • Circulate and scrub on a diverse spectrum of OR cases
  • Assist with advanced surgical technologies, including robotics
  • Maintain patient safety and procedural efficiency
  • Participate in on-call rotation, meeting rapid response requirements
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
