Good Samaritan Society - 1901 Ptarmigan Trail - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a charge nurse;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing and other activities of daily living;
Record and communicate vital signs and changes in resident condition to the charge nurse;
Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility; perform range of motion and passive exercises as appropriate;
Assist with meals and dining; monitor nutrition and provide water and supplements as needed
