Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift (ASAP)

Location: Akron, CO
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Hours: 36 Hours/Week (12‑hour shifts)

Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,224 – $1,296/week
Job SummaryProvide direct nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting during night shifts. Responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, documenting care, and supporting CNA staff to ensure safe and high‑quality resident care throughout the shift.
Requirements- Active LPN License (CO or Compact License required)
- Minimum 1 year LPN experience preferred (LTC/SNF preferred)
- Experience in medication administration and resident care planning
- Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts (6p–6a)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- 74‑bed long‑term care facility
- Night staffing includes LPNs and CNAs
- Stable census with skilled nursing population
- Team‑based environment with charge nurse support
