The Operating Room Nurse Educator will support perioperative services including the Operating Room, PACU, and procedural areas. This educator will lead orientation programs, competency assessments, continuing education initiatives, and evidence-based practice implementation while ensuring staff remain current on best practices and regulatory standards.

Reporting to perioperative leadership, the Perioperative Clinical Nurse Educator will collaborate closely with nurse leaders, surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence across the surgical services department. Responsibilities include onboarding new staff, facilitating skills development, supporting quality initiatives, and serving as a clinical resource for perioperative team members.
