Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Travel Assignment

Connected Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment at one of our trusted partner facilities in Akron, Colorado
. This opportunity is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks*
• Schedule:
  
  3x12-hour shifts*
• Shift: Nights (6:00 PM 6:00 AM)*
• Location:
  
  Akron, CO*
• Assignment Type:
  Travel Contract

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.*
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.*
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to care.*
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.*
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with facility policies and procedures.

• Current and active Colorado LPN license (or compact license if applicable).*
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required.
• Current BLS certification.*
• Strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and adaptability.*
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
