Triage RN​/LPN​/MA​/EMT

Job Description

Conifer Medical Center AND Evergreen Family Medicine is looking for a part‑time AND full‑time Triage RN/LPN/MA to work in a busy family medicine office two to four days a week while also being able to fill in for vacations as needed.

• The job consists of phone triage (assess the severity of symptoms).
• Assessing walk‑in patients / triaging phone calls.
• Documenting appropriately in EMR (e‑Clinical Works).
• Giving test results.
• Retrieving medical records.
• Refilling prescriptions.
• Diagnostic test scheduling.
• Form completion, etc.
• May include help in the Care Management Department.

• Must have strong computer skills.
• Experience of 2 years preferred but willing to train.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
