Position Highlights- Monday through Friday - flexible scheduling.
- The opportunity to work autonomously as part of a highly functioning, knowledgeable team.
Administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional nursing services in accordance with department policies and procedures. Complete initial evaluation visits, regularly re‑evaluate patients’ nursing needs, initiate the plan of care and furnish services. Coordinate services, work with physicians and other personnel on changes in patients’ condition, counsel patients and families, participate in in‑service programs, and supervise and teach other nursing personnel.
EducationMust possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree and a current RN license from the state of Colorado.
ExperienceMust have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution. Wound care experience is a plus.
Licenses and CertificationLicensed RN in the State of Colorado. Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and current CPR certification.
Compensation$33.00 – $45.04 per hour, DOE. In addition to the base salary, nurses have the opportunity to increase their compensation through participation in our Clinical Ladder Program, which recognizes and rewards engagement in organizational initiatives, professional development, leadership activities, and contributions to quality and patient safety efforts.
Physical Requirements- Occasionally (0‑33%): walking, sitting, standing, feeling, crouching, stooping, kneeling, stairs, lifting/lowering (0‑50 lbs), carrying (0‑50 lbs), pushing/pulling (0‑50 lbs).
- Frequently (34‑66%): standing, changing position, reaching, reaching across midline, handling, pinching.
- Continuously (37‑100%): needs to see with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance.

Medical, dental, vision, health care FSA, dependent care FSA, and Lifestyle Spending Account: all active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period in a Full Time or Part Time position are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire.
