• Assist and supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities during your shift to maintain high‑quality care
• Administer medications and monitor resident responses according to physician orders and facility policy
• Observe and report changes in resident status to the nursing leadership and care team
• Ensure compliance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Collaborate with the director of nursing and interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver resident‑centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation and support infection prevention, safety, and resident privacy

• Colorado CAPS (Colorado adult protective services) background check required
• Must meet the certifications, education, and experience criteria as described in the job notes
• Availability for night shift (6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) on a 3x12 schedule
• Reliable transportation required due to rural Gunnison location
