Pay & BenefitsPay Range
: RN: $34.29 – $51.42 per hour; LPN: $25.61 – $35.90 per hour, based on experience and qualifications (eligible for shift differentials).
Shift Differentials
- Weekday Nights – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am – $3.00 per hour
- Weekend Days – Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm – $3.50 per hour
- Weekend Nights – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am – $5.00 per hour
Sign‑on Bonus
: $3,000
Responsible for the organization and evaluation of direct nursing care for a specific assignment.
QualificationsEssential Job Functions
:
- Demonstrated knowledge, skill, and understanding of the nurse role in a critical care facility.
- Knowledge of gerontology, rehabilitative, or psychiatric nursing.
- Ability to operate general office equipment including computer software applications (e‑mail, surveillance equipment/cameras, scheduling software, accessing required documents).
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and respond to opportunities for improvement through continual learning and changes in approach based on situation and professional practice behavior.
- Knowledge of care‑based practices (creating care plans, leading team meetings).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, other agencies, employees, and administration.
Minimum Required Education/Experience
:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Minimum of three years of work experience in direct nursing care is preferred.
Licenses or Certificates
:
Valid state license as an RN. Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
