Travel Registered Nurse, Long-Term Care

Job Summary

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a long‑term care facility in Gunnison, Colorado. Assignment duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts, start date 08/03/2026.

• Active RN license or active LPN license (licensed in Colorado)
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification
• At least 18 months of recent experience in a Long‑Term Care setting
• Additional requirements may be specified by the facility

• Complete orders and assess patients as prescribed by physicians
• Provide routine treatment and administer medications
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Monitor changes in patients’ health status and perform related interventions
