Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Community

Location:

Grand Junction, CO Shift: Night and Day shifts available full‑time; PRN availability Compensation:
Competitive salary $35 – $44 per hour DOE, Sign On Bonus $15,000

• Practice in accordance with the community’s philosophy, policies, and procedures, as well as state standards.
• Complete resident assessments.
• Provide direction and leadership to care staff.
• Train staff on medication administration and other care duties.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in Colorado.
• Maintain continuing education unit (CEU) requirements.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Passion for working with seniors.
