Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional acute care and swing bed services, upholding the highest standards of evidence‑based practice.
- Assess and evaluate patient health data to develop and execute personalized care plans.
- Provide supportive therapies and restorative treatments to promote life and well‑being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, addressing medical, social, and spiritual needs with culturally and age‑appropriate care.
- Execute delegated medical functions and monitor therapy and treatment plans for efficacy.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of all patient care activities.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado; must maintain current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification within 60 days of employment.
