The Nurse Manager is responsible for day-to-day clinical and operational oversight, supporting safe, compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, staff development, and efficient department operations. They lead and support nursing staff and CNAs, develop staffing schedules, coordinate patient care, and may provide direct patient care as needed. The Nurse Manager also participates in the nursing administration on-call rotation, offering leadership support, clinical consultation, and direct patient care.

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of leadership, charge nurse, supervisory, or staff coordination experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in extended care, acute care, emergency nursing, or nursing leadership.
