Salary and HoursHourly Pay: $37.00 - $43.50 per hour based on experience; plus $2.75 per hour Night Shift Differential.
Schedule:
Full‑time nights 6pm–6am, 72 hours per pay period.

- Provide leadership and direction in the assigned unit, model positive communication skills, listen to shift reports, conduct rounds, assign personnel, ensure tasks are carried out, attend meetings, initiate disciplinary action when warranted, report occupational exposures, and bring improvement suggestions to facility leadership and the QAA/QAPI committee.
- Maintain competency in required nursing skills, treat residents with respect and dignity, report suspected abuse or neglect, perform nursing techniques for comfort and well‑being, administer prescribed medications and treatments per MD orders, and monitor medication side effects and resident responses.
- Complete and update resident care plans, evaluate performance of supervised personnel, perform routine charting, accurately transcribe physician/provider orders, report incidents and accidents, chart resident assessments, and utilize E-Interact COC & Care Paths for changes in condition.
- Attend scheduled nurses and team meetings, maintain a clean and safe work environment, continue education requirements, participate in performance evaluations, recommend staffing needs, develop relationships with inter‑departmental personnel, attend in‑services and complete online modules.
- Serve on and attend facility committees to enhance interdisciplinary processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Maintenance of required continuing education units (CEUs).
- Experience in long‑term care preferred.
- Problem‑solving skills with independent judgment.
- Leadership ability and effective communication with staff, families, and outside agencies.
- Team‑player mindset and customer‑service orientation.
- Clinical competence in performing physical and cognitive assessments.
- Ability to use computers and other electronic devices for timekeeping, in‑servicing, and documentation.
- Knowledge of antibiotic stewardship, infection prevention and control, and OSHA guidelines.
Situate at the base of scenic Grand Mesa in Eckert, CO.
