Experience:

Minimum 3 years in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable institution. License: LPN in the state of Colorado.

Certifications:

IV certification preferred for LPNs. Current BLS certification required. Must-Have:
Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check required.

Description:

The primary purpose of this job is to assist and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during the assigned shift. Such activities must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility. The role may involve direction from the director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times.

Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices is necessary. Access to a reliable source of transportation is required as public transportation is not available. Holiday coverage will be required.
