Hiring:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Gunnison, CO
13-Week Contract
Start Date: August 3, 2026
Shift: Days | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 3×12s | 36 Hours/Week
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide compassionate nursing care in a Long-Term Care setting while supporting residents' health, safety, and overall well-being.
Job Description- Deliver direct nursing care to LTC residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions using Point Click EMR.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and quality care standards.
- Active Colorado LPN License.
- BLS.
- BLS Certification – Required.
- Minimum 3 years of hospital, skilled nursing, or LTC experience.
- IV Certification preferred.
CAPS check required.
