• Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines.
• Ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to provide optimal patient care.
• Address any nursing-related issues that arise during the shift.
