Registered Nurse

We are seeking a registered nurse to join our nurse family partnership team. This is an opportunity to work in a flexible, challenging and rewarding environment. Responsibilities include delivery of the nurse family partnership program through home visitation for low-income, first-time pregnant women and their families from early pregnancy up to the child's second birthday. This is a regular part-time position (30 hours/week).

This position requires travel within Grand County as well neighboring counties.
