• Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with established nursing care procedures.
• Assist with the activities of daily living for residents.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

• Access to a reliable source of transportation is required.
