We are seeking a Nursing Student to join our healthcare family in a learning and engaged position. This role is PRN and very flexible, supporting your school schedule. It provides hands‑on clinical experience and grows with you through your senior year. Only one application is needed for all opportunities within our seven hospitals.

The Nurse Extern delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient‑care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living. Under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), the Nurse Extern assists the nursing staff in providing patient care in accordance with the Nurse Extern’s skills and training, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe patient‑care environment.

Requirements:

• Actively enrolled and in good standing in an accredited nursing program; completion of Nursing Fundamentals required before starting (or start date after completion).
• Must be in an RN program (no LPN students).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• High School graduate or GED.
• Flexible schedule with opportunity to earn shadow time on additional units.
• Eligible to interview early for graduate nurse opportunities.
