Work Schedule
Full‑time 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Nights. Additional differential pay may be available for candidates with 2+ years of OR RN experience at UCH Anschutz. This position requires on‑site work and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Night‑shift incentive program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 per year) to full‑time night shift RNs.
Responsibilities- Provide top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Model proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
- Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Direct care includes practice in Perioperative, PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) or Operating Room levels of care.
- Apply AORN and ABPANC core curriculum and certification standards in evidence‑based care models.
- Work with Clinical Educators to support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Approximately 6 months of OR RN experience.
