Hope West is a non-profit organization that has been providing exceptional hospice, palliative care, and bereavement services to the Western Slope for over thirty years through its 450 employees and over a thousand volunteers. • The registered nurse is responsible for providing patient care to assigned patients within the life span of all ages.
• Provides Palliative Care presentations and information as needed.
• Uses the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients and their families.

must be available for at least 24 hours of work per month. They may identify the days and shifts they are available but must include 1 weekend shift. A general availability should be provided, with a more detailed availability submitted the month prior to scheduling. PRN's are expected to work up to the 24 hours per month, unless no shifts are available for the approved divisions they are trained or cleared for.

• Must have unrestricted RN license in the State of Colorado
• Must have valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance coverage
• Compliance with training requirements is essential for participation in the RN (PRN) Program.
• Minimum of 1yr experience, preferred in acute care setting
• Premium pay for CHPN/WCC
• Mileage reimbursement of 65 cents/mile for work related driving

• Pay: $35.02-$40.05 base wage, plus 10% for PRN status - (differentials: $5/hr weekends & $6/hr nights)
