Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED for a 13‑week assignment in Frisco, Colorado. Position is for night shifts (12‑hour, 36 hours per week). Start 08/10/2026.

Provide high‑quality emergency care in a Level 3 Trauma Center, treating approximately 150 patients daily. Work nights in a fast‑paced urban ER and collaborate with a dynamic team.

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to a high-volume patient population.
• Assess, triage, and treat patients with trauma, stroke, chest pain, infectious conditions, and other acute emergencies.
• Use EPIC charting system to document care.
• Perform point‑of‑care labs and phlebotomy as needed.
• Coordinate care with charge nurses, EMTs, paramedics, and other support staff.
• Adhere to safety protocols and facility policies.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ER setting.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, NIHSS, TNCC as applicable.
• Strong knowledge of standard ER medications and common diagnoses.
• Ability to work nights and 12‑hour shifts.
