Transplant and hepatology specialist care – kidney, liver, pancreas, heart/lung, thoracic surgery.
FTE:
Full Time (0.9), 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Nights. Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, depending on relevant experience. Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly for full‑time night shift RNs.
This is an onsite role; no hybrid or remote option.
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program (if less than 3 years’ experience).
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date; BLS or CPR card must be good through 60 days of hire.
- Provide top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
- Model proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
- Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Direct care includes specialty acute care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
