Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time evening and night shifts in Wray, CO. The position includes a base pay range of $24.50–$35.50 per hour, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include direct nursing care, supervising CNAs, medication management, vital signs, wound care, specimen collection, and collaboration with our healthcare team. Colorado LPN license and BLS required.
