Location: Hartsel
Confidential in Colorado is seeking an NP to deliver outpatient primary care at a Federally Qualified Health Center. The clinician will work 4 to 5 days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an unpaid lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
The role requires an active Colorado NP license, Colorado DEA registration with prescriptive authority, and current COVID and flu vaccinations. A supportive team including MA and RN will accompany the NP onsite.
