LPN/LVN Long Term Care/SNF
Active Colorado licensed practical nurse (LPN) license required. Minimum 2 years of long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred. Current BLS certification required. Strong medication administration, resident assessment, and documentation skills. Experience with wound care, admissions, and resident care planning preferred. Ability to work day shifts with alternating 36/48-hour workweeks. Must be available to work every other weekend (EOW).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
