Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of a charge nurse;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing and recording vital signs;
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility as trained, including ROM exercises;
Assist with meals and hydration, and support dining experiences;
Document care outcomes, communicate changes to nursing staff, and adhere to infection prevention policies
