Requirements:
- Current, active license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- One year of experience required
- Current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide acute care and swing bed patient care according to evidence-based practice.
- Evaluate health status through the collection and assessment of health data.
- Deliver health teaching and counseling to patients.
- Implement supportive and restorative therapy and treatment either directly or indirectly.
- Execute delegated medical functions and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record regarding patient care activities.
- Collaborate with ancillary departments and providers to address the comprehensive needs of patients.
