This Level II facility provides cardiothoracic surgery services across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings. The facility utilizes EPIC EMR for patient documentation and care coordination. On-site support staff, including MAs, RNs, and NP/PAs, are in place to facilitate coordinated patient care throughout the assignment period.

The facility is located in Colorado.

Clinicians will provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings on day shift, call, and 24-hour call. The assignment is full-time in scope, with clinical responsibilities extending across all three care settings on-site. All clinical documentation is to be completed using the EPIC EMR system. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for consideration.
