This position requires flexibility to float between departments, with a manageable patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4. Shifts are 12 hours from 6am to 6pm, with weekend rotations every third weekend, and no call requirements. Candidates should hold ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
