Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care in a high-acuity acute care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope practice. Emphasizes a multidisciplinary team approach, evidence-based care, patient wellness, and safety. Acts as a preceptor for new staff and adapts to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
Responsibilities:Prioritizes patient needs, models proficiency, contributes to quality outcomes, and supports a secure safety culture. Works onsite during night shifts, with a night shift incentive program rewarding full-time night staff.
Qualifications & Skills:Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience), hold a valid RN license, have at least 6 months of RN experience, and possess BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
