Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time

Key Responsibilities Include

• Performing client assessments and developing care plans based on agency standards
• Providing case management, coordination, supervision, and implementation of nursing services
• Responding to referral information and client inquiries
• Directing appropriate in-home care actions independently and responsively
• Adhering to agency policies, procedures, and professional standards

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program;
  Baccalaureate preferred
• Current RN license in Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia, or acute care; home care experience preferred
• CPR certified
