Registered Nurse​/LPN -Veterans Living Center PRN Days $44.58 (Diff $3.00-$5.00

We’re looking for mission-driven Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support our residents with skill, integrity, and heart and to help us "Improve the Lives We Touch". PRN Position - Days 6am-6:30pm.

$44.58 per hour (eligible for shift differentials).

• Weekday Nights (Mon-Thu 7:00 pm‑7:00 am): $3.00 per hour
• Weekend Days (Sat-Sun 7:00 am‑7:00 pm): $3.50 per hour
• Weekend Nights (Fri-Sat-Sun 7:00 pm‑7:00 am): $5.00 per hour

Responsible for the organization and evaluation of direct nursing care for a specific assignment.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited learning institution.
• Minimum of three years work experience in direct nursing care is preferred.
• Active Colorado RN license required.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skill and understanding of nurse role in a critical care facility.
• Knowledge of gerontology, rehabilitative or psychiatric nursing.
• Ability to operate general office equipment including computer software applications (e‑mail, surveillance equipment/cameras, scheduling software, accessing required documents).
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and respond to opportunities for improvement through continual learning, changes in approach based on situation and professional practice behavior.
• Knowledge of care‑based practices (creating care plans, leading team meetings).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, other agencies, employees and administration.
