LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RNs and physicians
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Monitor, document, and report patient status using EHR systems
• Assist with care plans and interdisciplinary care coordination
• Educate patients and families on care instructions and technology tools
• Support implementation and use of digital health and monitoring solutions
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical and digital records
• Follow safety, infection control, and quality standards
