We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team, providing outstanding patient care in a skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities Include- Delivering high-quality nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Performing ongoing assessments and revising care plans based on patient condition changes.
- Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
- Implementing department policies, goals, and procedures.
- Exhibiting excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude towards patients.
- Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team using strong communication and reasoning skills.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Preferred minimum of one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification (obtained during orientation if not already certified).
