Job Summary

$7,000 Sign‑on bonus for full‑time RN; days, evenings or nights. Life Care Center of Evergreen (LCCE) is a 5‑star facility based on CMS ratings, located just west of Lakewood in a beautiful mountain community. The facility is recognized with a 4.7 Google Star Rating and is a member of the 800 Service Excellence Recognition Club. LCCE is also identified by U.S. News & World Report as a Best Nursing Home for 2026 and hosts Colorado’s 2025 CNA of the year.

Mileage program applies for those 25 miles away or more. Shift differentials and extra shift bonuses are available.

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Use reasoning skills, good judgment, and communicate productively on an interdisciplinary team.

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State and maintain an active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; maintain certification throughout employment.

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
