Job Summary:

Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, ensuring comfort and well-being in accordance with established procedures and supervisor directives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily nursing tasks for residents, including safety checks, hygiene assistance, and vital sign monitoring.
• Document resident care activities accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies.
• Follow care plans and adapt procedures based on resident needs and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with resident mobility, feeding, and personal care to promote comfort and independence.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members regarding care and condition updates.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification or license in the state of Colorado.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact compassionately with residents and staff.
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
