What You’ll Do
As part of the SHP nursing team, you’ll provide quality care while using your clinical skills to support patients throughout their care.
- Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor patient progress
- Complete accurate assessments and clinical documentation
- Administer medications according to orders, policies, and nursing standards
- Support treatment plans and respond appropriately to urgent medical situations
- Use critical thinking and sound clinical judgment during every shift
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote quality patient care
