Qualifications:What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor patient progress
- Complete assessments, documentation, and individualized nursing plans
- Administer medications safely and within your scope of practice
- Support treatment plans and respond to medical emergencies
- Use strong clinical judgment and critical thinking throughout each shift
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver quality care
